A Magically Sweet Christmas in Siena

an online illustrated talk from the Antica Drogheria Manganelli 1879 in Siena

3rd December 2020 at 19:30 GMT

We are going to meet Giovanna and Margherita Bartoli, the owners of the Antica Drogheria Manganelli 1879, an historic shop in Siena. We will learn about traditional Christmas recipes and products that date from the Middle Ages and that are still part of Italian cuisine today. Panforte, Cavallucci, Ricciarelli and more, all accompanied by the best wines and liquors.

Join us on Thursday 3 December for a wonderful full immersion into Siena’s history and culinary traditions.
