We join Enrica Cianci for a live cooking demonstration from Vasto in Abruzzo. Cook along with Enrica or watch and learn for later. This demonstration will be in Italian.

Here is a message from Enrica:
Dear all,
Buon anno a tutti! Why don’t we start 2021 cooking something really Italian, special and beautiful that you can have after a lovely meal or with your tea?
You will learn to make: Amaretti Biscuits
These biscuits are delicious, an authentic Italian speciality, beautiful and, believe me, easy to make!
How to be ready for cooking online
You only need to buy the ingredients of the following list. You can decide to cook with me or just watch and take notes so that you will be able to follow the recipe at your convenient time.
Ingredients:
200 gr farina di mandorle (almond flour – ground almonds)
Buccia grattugiata di un limone biologico (Grated zest one organic lemon)
25 gr burro fuso (melted butter)
2 uova medie (medium eggs)
280 gr zucchero semolato bianco (white granulated sugar)
125 gr farina bianca (white plain flour)
I really hope you will join the experience!
Looking forward to sharing my Italian recipes with you. Really Italian …. Not British/Italian! 😊
